OAASIS was founded in 2024 by Wouter and Lucas with a clear vision: a future where every company—no matter the size—can run a world-class supply chain. Automated, intelligent, and effortless.
For more than a decade, Wouter and Lucas worked side by side, building and leading supply chains for some of the world’s top consumer goods companies. Along the way, they saw both the evolution of software and the repeated failures that came from poor implementation, weak change management, or people misusing—and sometimes even blaming—the software for underperformance. Out of that experience came a simple conviction: true supply chain excellence only happens when people, process, and technology are brought together.
OAASIS was created to deliver exactly that. Our software is able to optimise the most complex supply chains, and guides planners to do the right thing. And if we can support on the people side, OAASIS Software can be combined with on-demand expertise through our Services. Oaasis was founded by Wouter Samama and Lucas Koster, two seasoned supply chain leaders with extensive experience at global companies such as P&G and Kraft Heinz.
Throughout their careers, they have transformed and optimized supply chains across LatAm, EMEA, and APAC. What drives them is their passion for analyzing different supply chains, understanding their complexities, and making them better.
While Wouter has always focused more on the management and organizational side of supply chains, Lucas has specialized in the technical and operational aspects. This complementary expertise, combined with the fact that they have always worked closely together, forms the strong foundation of Oaasis.
